In the Aftermath of Hurricane Ida, We are Here to Help
9/3/2021 (Permalink)
Louisiana, and New Orleans specifically, is still reeling from Hurricane Ida. As the second major hurricane of the 2021 Atlantic hurricane season, coastal residents throughout the southeast region of the United States have been on high alert. Ida’s path in Louisiana was destructive, leaving over 1 million people without power. In addition, many areas suffered from serious flooding as well as infrastructural damage throughout the state. Early reports are showing that the storm has cost $50 billion and counting, which already puts Hurricane Ida as the 6th costliest storm on record.
