Hidden Commercial Mold in Lighthouse Point, FL

This commercial property in Light House Point was built in 1997 and had a humidity issue that needed to be addressed right away. SERVPRO of Pompano Beach was called in to remediate the mold throughout the entire property. Mold was discovered on almost every content in the home. Many of which were able to be saved. Unfortunately in a few rooms hidden inside the walls of each room was mold growth that many companies could of easily overlooked. After removing all the wall paper in the rooms, all mold was visible and we were able to properly remediate the entire unit and rid it of mold! This picture was only taken a couple of days after we commenced work. Homes located near bodies of water are more susceptible to humidity issues. Typically you will see homes around the coast sway away from using wallpaper due to this issue!
